Shipping is €5.95 for products from the same product category.
Ordering T-shirts? Add more and your shipping stays the same:
2 T-shirts → €5.95 shipping
3 T-shirts → €5.95 shipping
4 T-shirts → €5.95 shipping
Add more tees – shipping stays €5.95.
If you combine products from different product categories, separate shipping charges may apply. Your total shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
📦 Production & Delivery
Because your products are made especially for your order, please allow time for both production and delivery.
Production: approximately 2–5 business days
Delivery: approximately 3–8 business days
Most orders therefore arrive within approximately 5–13 business days after ordering.

Our personalized products are created specifically for your order.
For this reason, personalized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind or choose the wrong size.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or different from what you ordered, contact us and we'll review the issue.
Where appropriate, we'll have the same product made again and sent to you at no additional cost.
You don't normally need to return a product before contacting us. Send us your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos, and we'll tell you what to do next.
